On my fixed capital formation (investment) matrices, the aggregated value of nominal investmens on assets.1-93 is estimated to be completely consistent with gross fixed capital formation in Japanese National Accounts. Although, the official Japanese national accounts estimated by ESRI, Cabinet Office, don't treat pre-packaged software and own account software as investments.
